In my opinion, the basic BARSOL Primero Quebranta makes an excellent Pisco Sour. However, having tried BARSOL Primero Quebranta, BARSOL Selecto Acholado and BARSOL Supremo Mosto Verde Italia, I found that using BARSOL Selecto Acholado produced the most refreshing and satisfying Pisco Sour.
